Venue Info, Features and Facilities

Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.

One non-alcoholic 24 oz. beverage per person in a plastic factory-sealed container permitted.

All ticket purchases for the Amphitheatre include a parking pass for a specific assigned parking lot. The parking pass can be found in your Ticketmaster / Live Nation account, it takes a few minutes after you purchase your tickets for your parking pass to appear in your account. The pre-assigned parking allows us to direct traffic to minimize overall traffic delays and the distance necessary to walk to reach the venue. There are no “gypsy” lots available and parking is not allowed on any properties surrounding the venue. If you do not have a parking pass please contact the box office at 404.733.5013 or stop by the box office on show day (temporary parking is available in front of the box office), additional parking passes are $15 each. Please note tailgating is never allowed in Lot B.

Oversized vehicle parking is available in Lot A and must be purchased in advance (until noon the day of the show). Please go to Livenation.com or the box office and purchase your parking pass. An oversized vehicle is defined as a vehicle larger than a 15 passenger van. Please contact us with any specific concert questions.

Parking spaces are first come, first serve. Patrons may notice a row or seat number on their parking pass, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned spots on Lots A, B, C, or Premier.

The addresses for the official parking lots are as follows. Please type these into your GPS prior to arriving to the venue to ensure a quicker entry into the parking lots. Also have your parking pass pulled up on your phone.

Parking Lot A- 1755 Founders Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009

Parking Lot B- 1100 Sanctuary Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009

Parking Lot C/ P- 11450 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009

VIP Parking Lot- 2300 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009

The nearest access to public transportation is at Northpoint Parkway and Encore Parkway approximately a one (1) mile walk.

Taxis and Rideshares (Uber & Lyft) may be picked up outside the East Gate to the left as you exit the venue, in Parking Lot P on the East side of the venue. Rideshare, Limos and taxis are not allowed to pickup or dropoff in Parking Lot A or VIP Parking Lot.

When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our Gate Supervisor or the Main Box Office and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors.
