Venue Info, Features and Facilities
Bag Policy:
No backpacks of ANY kind are allowed. Small purses are permitted. Bags larger than 14 x 14 x 6 are NOT permitted.
Water Policy:
Outside food and beverages, including alcohol. Exceptions are: Medically required food and/or beverages in sealed containers.
Parking:
There is a parking lot directly west of the building, which is pay to park. The closest free parking is at Bass Pro Shop, 2 blocks South of The Criterion. Rideshare is strongly recommended.
Search Policy:
Bag searches and walk thru metal detectors are used at all entrances.
ADA Accessibility:
The Criterion is an ADA accessible venue. Please email our box office at least 72 hours before a show to discuss how accommodations: info@criterionokc.com
Concessions Info:
While a full selection of popular beer, wine and liquors are available for purchase, no food service will be available unless announced in advance.
Other Venue Info:
Cash is accepted at the Box Office, Merch Table and Bars. There is no smoking permitted inside the Criterion (including e-cigarettes and vapes).
