Bag Policy:
Purses and bags will be searched prior to entry.
Water Policy:
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Parking:
The venue offers a free parking lot located at the front and back of the building. Spaces behind and adjacent to the old Brysons shop are pay-to-park; please follow the posted sign instructions. If a vehicle needs to be left overnight, it must be parked in The Charleston Pour House parking lot and picked up by 10 AM the next day, when deliveries begin. Parking is at the owner’s risk.
ADA Accessibility:
Accessible accommodations are available for patrons with ADA requirements. The venue, deck, and outside bathrooms are fully accessible. Most events are general admission, so there are no specific ADA ticketing options.
There are two ADA parking spaces, located on each side of the main venue entrance.

Concessions Info:
Adjacent to The Charleston Pour House is Kwei Fei Sichuan cuisine. For a quick bite on the Deck, Malika Canteen Container Restaurant serves up Pakistani Street Food.
Other Venue Info:
Ticket purchases at the door are CASH ONLY. There is an ATM on site, but as any live music attendee knows – it’s always best to come prepared. The bars accept cash and all major credit cards. In most cases, re-entry is allowed for patrons 21+. Either your wristband or hand stamp will be required for re-entry. Alcohol is not allowed outside the doors of the venue/deck. Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes are allowed on the deck.
