Bag Policy:
Bags up to 12″x14″ are permitted inside Prudential Center. Anything larger, including backpacks, are not permitted, with the exception of childcare or medical bags. Permissible larger bags will be X-rayed. All bags are subject to search by Prudential Center security team members at each point of entry. Bags that do not meet these expectations must be returned to the guest’s vehicle or stored in a Prudential Center supplied locker at the guest’s expense. Lockers are located outside the M&M’s Tower and Lafayette Street entrances.
Parking:
There are several parking facilities within close proximity to Prudential Center. Guests can purchase guaranteed, pre-paid parking for events at Prudential Center through Click and Park’ Reservations.
To purchase pre-paid parking, guests must visit Click and Park Reservations to select a date and a parking location. Once purchased, a Parking Pass will be emailed with detailed directions to the selected parking lot. Each lot is within walking distance of Prudential Center. Pre-paid parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and all parking spaces are limited. There are no refunds or exchanges. Each Parking Pass is only valid for the date and event shown on the pass. Guests must present their valid Parking Pass at the designated parking area in order to gain access.

Uber Zone
Uber is the official rideshare partner of Prudential Center. Getting to the action is now easier than ever with our designated pickup and drop-off area just east of Citizens Tower. When heading to Prudential Center, ask your driver to follow in-app navigation directions and the signs to the drop-off area on Edison Place, between Mulberry Street and McCarter Highway.
Standard Zone
Market Street at Championship Plaza is the official drop off and pick up area of patrons for Prudential Center events. Specifically the southbound lane of Market Street alongside Championship Plaza and Dinosaur Bar-B-Que.
Search Policy:
All patrons are subject to a security check. Guests should plan on passing through magnetometers and/or hand wand screening before each event and allow for this in planning their arrival time for events. Bags are not permitted in Prudential Center at this time. Visit prucenter.com/safety for details on exceptions for medical and childcare needs.
