Bag Policy:
Each patron may carry in their pocket’s items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets, and credit cards. Fans will continue to be able to carry in jackets. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
Logo on bag cannot exceed 4.5″ tall by 3.4″ wide. Small clutch purses, approximately the size of a hand, or 4.5″ x 6.5″ with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the arena along with one of the clear bag options. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at entry. Diaper Bags are permitted, but will be searched and tagged by Security Personnel.
Water Policy:
Food or Beverage, with the exception of special medical needs and Cans, bottles, glass or other similar containers are not allowed.
Parking:
For all events, the University of Pittsburgh recommends that attendees park in the OC, TV, PG or SO parking lots located near the Petersen Events Center. Event parking rates are usually $20 per vehicle but may vary for each event.

The BioScience Tower Garage (BST) garage is the closest accessible parking garage to the Petersen Events Center. The BST garage accessible entrance is diagonal to the front of the building on Terrace Street. A valid placard or license plate is required to park in the accessible spaces in this garage. All guests are encouraged to arrive early in an attempt to secure parking that best accommodates their needs.

Pickup/DropOff Spot:
Drop-off and pick-up for guests attending events at the Petersen Events Center should be made at the main lobby entrance on Terrace Street. For those needing a wheelchair accessible entrance, please use the main lobby entrance.
