Parking:

Parking at McMenamins Edgefield is limited, but it is free! Guests are encouraged to carpool and arrive early!

All concert-goers can park in the East and West grassy field lots next to Edgefield (note: this is uneven ground and fancy footwear is discouraged)

Parking directly in front of Edgefield is reserved for hotel guests and individuals with ADA parking passes only

Parking on other paved areas of Edgefield is for non-concertgoing guests

All parking on property is free

No camping, RVs or camping trailers

No tailgating

Security staff patrol the grounds, however, it is recommended you don’t leave valuables in your car

Overflow parking on the north side of Halsey Street. Signs and parking attendants will direct you to the new location if necessary.

Please be patient when exiting the parking lots. In the East lot, there is one entry/exit. When possible, the first cars in are the first ones out. Depending on concert attendance, the estimated exit time is 45-90 minutes. You’re encouraged to roam and enjoy the Edgefield property following the concert to avoid the initial surge of people exiting.

Driving Directions
Concert-goers can enter the parking areas from Halsey St. – parking attendants will be onsite to assist.

Driving east on I-84, take exit 17:

From exit 17: Continue straight off the exit to 257th Ave. Take a right (south) at the light onto 257th Ave. At the second light, take a right (west) onto Columbia River Hwy. This turns in to Halsey St. Concert parking is approximately a half-mile up on the left. Look for signage and parking attendants (see parking maps, above).
Exit 16: This exit is a high-congestion area. Using it is discouraged.
Driving west on I-84, take exit 17:

From exit 17: Continue straight off the exit to NW Frontage Rd. Turn left onto NE Marine Dr, then turn left onto NW Frontage Rd. Take a right (south) at the light onto 257th Ave. At the second light, take a right (west) onto Columbia River Hwy. This turns in to Halsey St. Concert parking is approximately a half-mile up on the left. Look for signage and parking attendants (see parking maps, above).

Public Transit:

From downtown Portland, take MAX lightrail east to the 82nd Ave. Transit Station; transfer to Tri-Met Bus #77 (Halsey Street) east to Edgefield’s main entrance.

From Gresham Central MAX Station; transfer to Tri-Met Bus #12 (Sandy Blvd.) to 223rd and Halsey; transfer to Tri-Met Bus #77 (Halsey Street) east to Edgefield’s main entrance.


Pickup/DropOff Spot:

Have your driver proceed up the west drive (and follow signage) to the round-about directly in front of the Edgefield Hotel building. This is both the drop-off location before concerts and the pick-up location after concerts. Please do not stop directly on Halsey Street to unload your vehicle.


Bag Policy:

Concert attendees are encouraged to avoid bringing any bag, if feasible. If you do need to bring a bag, the following will be allowed:

Clear Bags – 12β€³ wide x 6β€³ deep x 12β€³ high

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12β€³ x 6β€³ x 12β€³.
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar).
Clear backpacks within the listed dimensions and have no more than two (2) pockets.
Allowed Sizing for Non-Clear Purses, Clutches, Wallets and Fanny Packs: – 4.5” x 6.5”

These items may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
Bags that are not in compliance will not be stored and must be returned to the patron’s vehicle

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all guests and their personal possessions are subject to an inspection prior to admittance into the venue. These items are permitted at all events unless otherwise noted:

Empty spray bottles are also permitted
Binoculars
Beach towels (up to 30″ x 60″)
Small, personal-sized umbrellas are allowed in the venue (up to 23 inch diameter), but cannot be used in the reserved and general admission areas once the concert has begun.
Poster tubes


Water Policy:

Non-glass sealed or empty water bottle(s) are permitted inside the venue

Filtered Water is available at stations inside and directly outside the venue


Search Policy:

Metal Detectors: All gates at the concerts are fitted with security detectors. Prior to going through the metal detectors all fans should place cell phones and key rings into the bowls provided or place them into their own bag which will still be subject to search.

Arrive Early – We suggest you arrive early, enjoy the property and please allow ample time to enter the venue.

Pack Lightly – Concert attendees are encouraged to avoid bringing any bag, if feasible.


ADA Accessibility:

For mobility-disabled patrons, Edgefield has platform for wheelchairs, scooters and mobility devices. A Patrons with Mobility Disability Ticket (PWMD Ticket) is required to access this area. Availability will be listed on each concert’s ticketing page on etix.com.

The Edgefield amphitheater is accessible to individuals with mobility disability needs. Please note: the ground can be uneven.

If you require accommodation for a disability, please contact the venue at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Patrons with Mobility Disability (PWMD) Tickets

PWMD tickets are available for patrons with mobility disability needs and up to three companions. Companions must purchase PWMD tickets as well.

PWMD tickets are required to sit or stand in the designated section. Capacity in this section is limited, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance at Etix or at any McMenamins ticket outlet.

PWMD ticket holders can use the Mobility Disability entrance at the East Lot. This entrance provides direct access to the wheelchair platform area.

Guests are welcome to use the hotel turnaround/main entrance to drop off individuals or anyone unable to walk from the East or West Lots to the venue entrance.

Persons with ADA parking passes will be allowed to park in the Edgefield Hotel ADA parking area or the East Lot ADA parking (limited spaces are available in both areas; please arrive early).

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not using a wheelchair or mobility scooter but do need assistance getting in to the concert venue or finding a place to sit, there are staff and shuttles ready to help. Please let your parking attendant or a staff member know and they can call someone to assist you.
