Bag Policy:
Clear Bags smaller than 12 x 6 x 12; clear plastic freezer bags that are 1 gallon size or smaller;
Small clutches / wristlets that are 9 x 6 are permitted. All bags are subject to search. Bag Policy may vary by show.
Water Policy:
Factory sealed water bottles are permitted.
Parking:
Onsite parking is available at the Kia Forum. Guests can enter the Kia Forum parking lot via the Prairie Ave. or Kareem Ct. gates. Cashless — all major credit, debit and contactless payment methods are accepted. Secure in advance at link below.

Pickup/DropOff Spot:
Drop-offs are permitted at all entrances. There is a dedicated ride-share pick up lot onsite at lot “H” (cross streets are Pincay Dr. and Prairie Ave).
Search Policy:
The Kia Forum uses walk-through metal detectors, metal detecting hand wands and other security devices. All bags are subject to search prior to entry.
ADA Accessibility:
ADA Seating, wheelchair, aisle transfer, and semi-ambulatory seating may be purchased online at www.Ticketmaster.com, on Fridays at the Kia Forum Box Office, or TDD at 800-943-4327. Please contact GuestRelations@thekiaforum.com for assistance.
Individuals with disabilities may purchase up to three seats for companions in the accessible seating areas, provided such seats are available. Additional tickets, if available, may be purchased as close to the accessible seating areas, as long as it does not exceed the ticket limit for the event. Please note, for events or specific seating sections where ticket sales are limited to fewer than four tickets per patron, the same ticket restrictions will apply to the purchase of accessible seating.

Food options include: Carney’s, Fresh Brothers Pizza, and Papa Cantella’s Hot Dogs, as well as alcohol favorites including Casamigos Tequila, Cîroc, Jack Daniels, and Stella. The Kia Forum also features checkout-free stores where guests can grab snacks, hot food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

There is no bag/coat check provided. There is no smoking permitted anywhere inside the Kia Forum. There are smoking areas designated on the outside terrace.
