Bag Policy:
Large purses, backpacks and bags are not allowed. Clutches must be 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches x 2 inches or smaller. Bags above this size MUST BE CLEAR and no larger than 14 inches x 14 inches x 6 inches, 2 pocket maximum.

Food & beverage is not allowed
Parking:
The Civic Center has event parking in the parking lot located off Liberty Street, but it is subject to a flat rate fee (cash only) and may not be available for all events. There is ample parking around the Civic Center int the nearby City Lots and Garages. They are open for overflow Civic Center Parking and all within comfortable walking distance of the building.

Search Policy:
All guests entering the building are subject to inspection conducted by venue staff.
ADA Accessibility:
ADA seating is available through ticketmaster.com. The balcony at the Johnny Mercer Theatre is not handicap accessible and anyone unable to walk up stairs should purchase a ticket in the orchestra.
Other Venue Info:
Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the building by all patrons and employees. There is no re-entry to go out and smoke during events. Bag check is available if you happen to bring a bag that is not allowed in. Bag check fee is $10 and is CASH ONLY
