Venue Info, Features and Facilities
Bag Policy:
Approved bags include one-gallon re-sealable clear plastic storage bags, large clear totes (max 12” x 12” x 6”), and small clutch bags or purses (max 4.5” x 6.5” x 2”). Prohibited items include clutch bags or purses exceeding the size limit, all backpacks, duffle bags, camera cases, large grocery totes, and any bags with printed patterns, fanny packs, or mesh bags.
Water Policy:
Reusable, collapsible water bottles and cups are allowed if 20oz or smaller and empty upon entering the venue; excludes camelbak-style hydration packs/water reservoirs
Parking:
Germania Insurance Amphitheater has ample parking in multiple lots. Standard parking is included in the price of your event ticket, and various parking upgrades are available for purchase online, or with a credit card on the day-of while supply lasts. Standard and Upgraded Parking opens one hour before gates open on event days unless otherwise stated. Standard parking is included in the price of an event ticket, and is located in Lot F and/or Lot H. Please keep an eye on Germania Insurance Amphitheater’s social media pages on the day of an event regarding parking lot information for that specific event.
Pickup/DropOff Spot:
The designated passenger drop-off and pick-up area for concerts is located in Lot E.
Search Policy:
Upon entering the venue, all patrons will be subject to the same security screening process which includes walk-through metal detectors, hand wands, and, in some cases, pat downs. In addition, all bags, purses, blankets, and personal items are subject to inspection.
ADA Accessibility:
ADA Parking is available on-site at no additional cost in Lot E. ADA parking spaces are also available in upgraded parking, which can be purchased as a parking upgrade to any show while space remains in Lot C and D.
An ADA shuttle will run all night.
Vehicles must display a valid, government-issued ADA permit. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation of parking privileges, which may include ticketing and/or towing a vehicle at the owner’s expense, reporting of misuse of handicapped plate/tag to the Department of Motor Vehicles for possible revocation of parking privileges, and/or criminal charges.
Guests with mobility issues are also invited to stop by the Guest Services Tent at the main entrance to request further assistance getting from the gates to their seats.
Guests in wheelchairs with General Admission Pit Tickets are allowed in the Pit. While there is not reserved seating in this area, we do recommend positioning your chair along the back or side walls. Please note that wheelchairs cannot block any aisles, right-of-ways, or fire lanes.

You may bring small blankets measuring no more than 60” x 30” (standard beach towel size). Some shows may not permit blankets due to tour/artist request. Venue is cashless.
