Bag Policy:
Approved bags: Bags are not to exceed 12″x6″x12″. A clear tote, small purse, small fashion backpack, small clutch, plastic storage bags and drawstring bags are acceptable if they don’t exceed the size of 12″x6″x12″. Non-approved bags: Bags that exceed 12″x6″x12″ including but not limited to a backpack, oversized purse, oversized tote bag, suitcase/luggage, messenger/laptop bag, duffel bag, and cooler. These non-approved bags will not be permitted inside the arena.
Water Policy:
Outside food and beverage is not permitted. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos, or coolers are prohibited from entering the building, with the sole exception of plastic baby bottles containing formula.
Parking:
The Yellow Lots will be open for all Dickies Arena events. The 2,200-space Chevrolet Parking Garage is located at 3464 Trail Drive. The cost of parking will be dependent on the event. There is ample parking at Dickies Arena to accommodate all guests.

There are four major public entrances at Dickies Arena:
South Entrance: Conveniently across from the Chevrolet Garage and Box Office
West Entrance: Adjacent to the Montgomery Lot
North Entrance: Located at Harley Avenue and Gendy Street
East Entrance: Across Trail Drive from the Yellow Lots, adjacent to the Plaza
VIP Entrances are available exclusively for Premium Seating guests and are located in the southeast corner (off the Plaza on the corner by the Chevrolet Garage) and northwest corner of the arena.
Covered Parking: Limited covered parking is available in the Chevrolet Garage, steps away from the Dickies Arena South Entrance.
Lot Parking: Plenty of parking spaces are available directly across Trail Drive from Dickies Arena. Park in any of our Yellow Lots for easy access to and from the arena.
RV/Trailer Parking: RV/Trailer parking is available during Dickies Arena events in Yellow Lot D (entrance located towards the intersection of Trail Drive and Montgomery Street).
Parking Information and/or Reservations
Pickup/DropOff Spot:
Guests who are using ride share services should be dropped off at the west entrance of the arena, in the drop off lane at Dickies Way. Guests can be picked up for ride share on Harley Avenue, which is located on the north end of the building. Guests should exit the building from the north and proceed to Harley Avenue using either the stairs or ramp to the street level. Please wait to connect to your driver until you have arrived at Harley Avenue.
Search Policy:
Dickies Arena requires guests to walk through magnetometers as they enter the building. Any guest who declines to be searched may be denied entry from Dickies Arena.
ADA Accessibility:
All Dickies Arena staff are committed to providing a memorable and safe experience for all guests, including those with disabilities and special needs. If for any reason reasonable modification of policy or procedure is needed or additional aids or services are required, please contact the venue at accessibility@dickiesarena.com.

Please note: Dickies Arena management reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain tickets for accessible seating.
Parking for guests displaying a state issued handicapped placard or license plate is available in all lots. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking rates apply and may vary in conjunction with event and/or parking area.
Guests who are seeking ADA parking are encouraged to park in our Yellow Lots on Trail Drive. Guests have access to an elevator, located to the left of the southeast circle stairs that will bring guests to the Simmons Bank Plaza.
Dickies Arena will be equipped with a state-of-the-art assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets/receivers will be available at no charge at Guest Services located at section 117. A valid driver’s license will be required as a deposit to loan out receivers.
Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of Dickies Arena. Accessible seating is reserved for guests with accessible needs and their companions. Guests purchasing accessible seats may purchase (1) accessible seat and three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending on availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.
Wheelchair escorts will be provided by the Dickies Arena Guest Services team if requested. The service is complimentary and can be requested at arena entry points on the day of an event. Please alert any guest services or security team member for assistance. to accommodate as many guests as possible, wheelchairs are not available for use throughout the duration of the event. Wheelchair escorts are only available for our guests to and from the arena entrance and their seats.
Accessible seating is available on all levels of Dickies Arena. If you require accessible seating and you have tickets in a non-accessible seating location, please contact the Dickies Arena Box Office at 817-402-9801 as soon as possible for accommodations. If you have obtained accessible seating tickets and do not require accessible seating, please contact Dickies Arena box office to exchange your seating into a non-accessible section based on availability.
Service animals must be leashed at all times unless when performing a necessary task for their handler. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and any damages caused by the service animal. In order to better accommodate guests with service animals, please notify the Box Office team at boxofficedesk1@dickiesarena.com or at 817-402-9801.
