ADA policies & accommodations are horrible! A 2 stall bathroom on level 3 where most ADA seating is location. One handicap stall in larger bathrooms on other levels which are accessible by stairs or . one tiny elevator that holds 5 patrons, 4 if you get three venue staff lady that brings a chair to sit on so she can push the buttons.
The security are the rudest ever! At the detectors a staff said my purse was one inch over size. My daughter points to my cane and said my medical needs were in there. He literally took my purse off the table and Walked Outside to his supervisor! Took My Purse, with my ID, Meds & Back Card, etc! Didn’t ask, just left! Then came back & informed me tough luck. My daughter shoved in her leggings and re-entered elsewhere. Screaming like Nazis “Hats Off!” walking to the metal detectors. Just incase someone was gonna pull a rabbit out of their hat. Security standing every 10 feet patrolling the terrace screaming in my ear to everyone on 2 city blocks, “LIghting up or using a vape will get you ejected!” I’d had out too many times. Finally turned to one & said “Bitch, there’s no reason to scream right in my ear. This is not a jail rec yard & we are not prisoners. We are paying patrons!
