Venue Info, Features and Facilities

Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12”x 6”x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”) are allowed. If your bag is 6”x 9” or smaller it does not need to be a clear bag. No other bags of any type will be allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

Water – 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water, non-frozen, up to 1 gallon or empty non-glass water bottle up to 1 gallon is allowed.

General Parking will not be provided at Ascend Amphitheater. However, there are many options in and around downtown to park at for events. VIP Parking is included in the package for box seat ticket holders and season ticket holders. You may also purchase premier parking as an upgrade, that guarantees you a spot in a parking lot close to the venue. You may purchase that upgrade here: https://livemu.sc/3nbTebd

The Nashville MTA offers direct bus service that connects to Ascend Amphitheater. For more information on MTA bus lines, visit www.nashvillemta.org or call (615) 862-5950 for convenient stations near Ascend Amphitheater.

Find them at Gate 1 or Gate 2. For taxis and ride shares, head to Gate 2 after the show.

Metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one.

You can buy ADA tickets online. Look for the show accessible tickets on the Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. There’s accessible seating in every price range. Try to buy ADA tickets in advance so you secure a seat – there’s limited availability on the day of an event.

INTERPRETER REQUESTS If you need an interpreter for an event, call at least two weeks ahead of time on (615) 258-5944 for arrangements. With your mobile ticket available, you’ll meet your interpreter at the box office and be taken to your seats. There’s no charge for interpreter services. HEARING DEVICES If you need an assisted listening device, call at least two days before the event on (615) 258-5944.

UNEXPECTED NEEDS If an unexpected injury or illness means you can’t be in the seat you booked, it is recommended exchanging your ticket online for an accessible seat. Accessible seating allows for the person with accessibility needs and one companion. There are a limited number of seats on the day of the event for people with unexpected needs.

ON THE DAY PARKING There’s accessible parking is located at nearby downtown parking locations around the venue. An Accessible Drop Off point is located at the corner of Molloy St. and 1st Avenue S. AT THE VENUE If you have any questions or need more help, someone in Guest Services information booth can help. You’ll find them in the middle of the ticket gates. All bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

SERVICE DOGS Only registered working dogs are allowed inside the venue during events. In line with ADA’s guidelines, a service dog is individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person’s disability.

Ascend Amphitheater offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), and Liquid Death water.

There are also have local food vendors (differs on each show) around the venue for food purchase.

Concessions are located on each side of the seating areas as well as at the back of the lawn.
