Personal bags must be smaller that 12x12x12″. These are subject to search upon entry. Backpacks are not permitted (parenting/diaper bags and medical bags are permissible).
Water Policy:
Guests are not permitted to bring outside bottles or containers inside Yuengling Center.
Parking:
All parking is first come, first served. Parking prices vary at each Yuengling Center event. American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted at most lots. Oversized vehicles will be charged per space for parking. Disabled accessibility, limousine and bus parking are available. For high volume events, like concerts and USF basketball games, please plan your arrival early to help ease traffic congestion.

ADA Accessibility:
Parking is available for ADA guests in all parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests requiring ADA parking must display official placards. Parking is available at regular parking rates.
Accessible seating is located throughout the arena. Based on the event, there may be seats available on the floor level, main concourse level, or the upper level. Before purchasing tickets, please inform the ticket office of your need to sit in an ADA accessible section. If you are injured after you have already purchased tickets, please contact the original point of purchase so they can accommodate you to the best of their abilities.
Accommodations are available for one companion per ADA guest.
We are happy to provide you with an ASL Interpreter for any concert or event with two weeks’ notice. Please call our ticket office at 813.301.6700 and request an interpreter. We will work with the show for the proper placement of the interpreter taking into account your seat location.
The guest elevator is located inside Gate D Lobby. Typically, this elevator is reserved for guests who are mobility challenged.
Wheelchairs may be checked at our Guest Services Desk at Gate A – see any Yuengling Center staff member for information. Wheelchairs and walkers are permitted. Walkers may be stored under your seat, or checked at our Guest Services desk.

The Yuengling Center is good in the ADA rating. Seats are fantastic & they hold the unsold ones for anyone who might need them but didn’t purchase ADA seating (until well into the concert.). Everything is conveniently located. I’d have given them 5 stars it the staff hadn’t made the older couple next to me who got up to stretch grit legs, get back in their seats. The staff were rude about it & should at least give them 5 minutes of standing before they politely ask them to sit. They were in their 80s & certainly not blocking the aisle by any means, leaning against a back wall. The staff who greeted us to find our seats, on the other hand, were extremely friendly and courteous. My only other recommendation to this arena is an east fix. Provide cup holders in ADA seating like the rest of the arena. There a rail that would be so easy to attach something to during the event. With the overall good experience, I recommend this venue for anyone on the fence who has mobility challenges.
