SMALL PURSES ONLY, PLEASE. PURSES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH. Only small purses (13″W x 4″D x 9″H and smaller) are allowed and all are subject to search.

Outside food and beverages including water is not allowed.
Parking:
To add parking to an existing ticket order, please the box office directly at 414-242-8200. Alternately, in advance of the show, you can buy a parking pass for the date and venue of your event at the link below. Display this on your dashboard when parking.

Turner Hall Ballroom accommodates special seating needs as part of normal business practices. Call the box office directly at (414) 242-8200 to leave a brief message. Or email the box office directly with your request at ada@ptglive.com Customers with walking aids or wheelchairs have the option of storing them during shows. Our ushers are available for seating assistance.
Entrance: Use the elevator that is located on the north side of the building.
