Bag Policy:
No large bags or backpacks. All bags subject to search upon entry.
Parking:
Parking on Main St. and Washington directly behind the venue is free after 5pm. If street parking is not available, park in the M&T bank lot at Washington and Chippewa. Pricing will depend on scheduled events.
ADA Accessibility:
Email townballroominfo@gmail.com with ADA requests. Please send requests in at least a week in advance to ensure a seat. If you are not disabled but looking for a seat, we offer a limited amount of seated upgrade add-ons. Please call the box office for more info: 716.852.3900
Other Venue Info:
Town Ballroom is a General Admission standing venue. Coat check is available for most events for $3. ATM. No re-entry. Cigarettes and the use of e-cigarettes is prohibited indoors by New York State. There is a smoking section in the front of the building.
