There is a MUNI Bus Stop for the 47 (Van Ness) and the 49 (Mission/Van Ness) directly outside The Regency Ballroom. If taking BART please se the Civic Center BART Station as it is closest to The Regency Ballroom. Additional MUNI Bus Lines that are within a few blocks:1 (California), 2 (Clement), 3 (Jackson), 4 (Sutter), 19 (Polk) and 38 (Geary).

ADA accessible seating at the Regency Ballroom is available on the main floor. Accessible seat tickets are available for every AXS ticketed event through the normal purchase process.

Food is available for purchase at every Regency Ballroom concert. Please visit the bar in Marble Room (located to the right of the main entrance) for menu details (vegetarian/vegan options available).
Other Venue Info:
Most shows at The Regency Ballroom are entirely general admission (standing only). If there are tickets still available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. The Regency Ballroom Box Office opens the same time as doors open. No re-entry, except for smoking. The Regency Ballroom has a smoking section located outside the venue on Van Ness Avenue. The smoking section is available one hour after doors open. The coat check is accessible upstairs, near the men’s restroom, costs $5 per item. Ear plugs are $1 and are subject to availability.
