Bag Policy:
Any bags measuring greater than 12″ x 12″ will NOT be permitted into the venue. For smaller bags, searches will be conducted. Backpacks, camelbacks, knapsacks, luggage, coolers, parcels, and briefcases are NOT allowed. Small purses, wallets, clutch wallets, and drawstring bags are permitted assuming they do not exceed 12″ x 12″
Water Policy:
Outside Food / Drink / Refillable Bottles are not allowed.

Venue is surrounded by private parking lots that charge anywhere from $10 – $30, depending on what else is going on in the city.

Avoid parking on side streets or in unsupervised lots.
Public Transit:
The commuter rail runs from both South Station and Back Bay in Boston, MA. Its the Framingham/Worcester line. It will stop at the Union Station in Worcester. The Palladium is 1 mile away.
ADA Accessibility:
Patrons access the ADA section via the accessibility entrance, which is located on the side of the building. Upon arrival at the venue, patrons may inform the venue staff that they would like to use the ADA section, and the staff will guide them through that entrance. This entrance is located a very short distance from the ADA section. The main bar and artist merchandise areas are situated within close proximity to the ADA section and are accessible for mobility aids. Please email venue at info@thepalladium.net with any questions or to make advance arrangements. There are multiple privately owned lots on Main street, with handicapped accessible parking spaces that are very close to the Palladium’s main entrance. Lot located underneath the building’s iconic smiley face mural, is recommended as that will provide easiest access to the venue, and does not require any street crossings. Other Venue Info:
No Re-Entry. Box office is always open one hour before doors for all events on any given day and accepts all major credit cards. There is no coat check.
