Parking:
Parking Passes for The Met Philadelphia are available for purchase online! Click the link below, find your event & secure your parking before the night of the show. There are multiple parking passes available:
VIP Parking Passes will grant you access to Lot A
Valet Parking will grant you street parking directly in front of the venue (listed as Lot B)
***Valet parking is located on the west side of Broad Street, directly next to The Met in front of the VIP entrance.***
Garage Parking will grant you access to Lot C
Preferred Parking Passes will grant you access to Lot D
Parking Passes Include City Parking Tax
***Lot A Opens 1 hour before doors***
***Lot C opens at 6pm***
***Lot D Opens at 6pm on weeknights regardless of show time (Friday included), and at 4:30pm on weekends***
Parking Information and/or Reservations
Public Transit:
Take bus 4 or 16 to the Poplar and Broad Street stop.
Take the Girard Street Trolley to the Girard and Broad Street stop. This stop is approximately 2 blocks north of the venue.
Pickup/DropOff Spot:
Drop off / pick up is located on Broad Street, next to the venue, immediately south of Poplar Street.
Search Policy:
When coming through the doors, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for search procedures.
ADA Accessibility:
The Met Philadelphia strives to ensure that all guests have a great time at the venue. For additional assistance, please visit the box office or see a guest services member.
Ticketing: For ADA seating inquiries, arrive at the box office as early as possible on show day for assistance and accommodations.
Day of Show Parking: Accessible parking is located in Lot A, the closest available parking lot to the venue, on a first-come, first-served basis. Inform the parking staff about the need for accessible parking, and they will direct you to this lot. Fans requiring accessible parking may also be dropped off right in front of the venue on Poplar Street. If accessible parking is not absolutely necessary, please use the general lots.
Unexpected Needs: If an injury or illness prevents using the original seat purchased, it is strongly recommended to go through LiveNation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. A very limited number of seats will be available on the day of the show for such issues, but there is no guarantee of available seating. Accessible seating permits are for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
Accommodations: All accessible seating levels have bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands.
Hearing Assistance: Guests requiring assisted listening devices can contact metphillyboxoffice@livenation.com prior to the event to arrange for a device. At least two days’ notice is needed. Guests needing interpreter services can call the venue to arrange this for any event, with a minimum of two weeks’ notice required to secure an interpreter. Other Venue Info:
All main concession stands take Visa/ MasterCard / Discover and American Express. Smaller stands and portable concessions may be cash only. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards. There is no smoking in the venue, smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Re-Entry is not permitted at The Met Philadelphia. Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact venue prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
