No large bags/backpacks. All bags will be searched.

No outside food, beverages.

There is ample street parking in the neighborhood around the venue. There is a parking garage across the street on High Street next to the Westin Harborview Hotel.

Patrons with special needs should call 207.956.6000 in advance to make arrangements. Handicapped seating is available… please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open.

Pizza from Portland Pie Company, popcorn from Little Lads and other snacks.

Unless a show is advertised as reserved seated, shows are general admission and standing room only on the Main Auditorium Floor. Coat check available upstairs. Strict no-smoking policy at the State Theatre. No re-entry.

Whack staff

All staff at the venue seemed unhappy to be there. My few interactions they were rude. Search aggressively at the door with pat down and metal detector. No re-entry and nowhere to smoke, period until after the show – they even had staff babysitting the bathroom. I was up front and the security up there just stood and watched us dancing and sweating our asses off and did not pass out the case of water. Very aggressive about smoking indoors.

Only upsides, really, are that Lotus put on an excellent show and it was GA ticketing.
