Bag Policy:
Purses and backpacks are no longer permitted inside of SNHU Arena. Bags larger than 9″ x 12″ x 4″ will not be permitted into the arena, this includes backpacks. SNHU Arena’s CLEAR BAG POLICY allows patrons to bring their personal belongings in a clear tote not to exceed 9″ x 12″ x 4″
Water Policy:
No outside food or beverage permitted.
Parking:
Parking for SNHU Arena events is available at all city meters, parking garages and parking lots. SNHU Arena does not manage or have parking on site. Parking passes can be purchased via the individual Ticketmaster event page in the link below.
The Accessible Parking lot is located on Harry Theo Lane. Harry Theo Lane is located off of Elm Street between the SNHU Arena and Michael’s Hair Design. If you need further information, please call our administrative office at 603-644-5000.

Walk thru metal detectors at all entrances of the facility; all patrons will walk through a metal detector prior to gaining access to the arena. If needed, security will perform pat downs on patrons in addition to the metal detectors

The Accessible Parking lot is located on Harry Theo Lane. Harry Theo Lane is located off of Elm Street on the right side of SNHU Arena.

Hearing Requirements
SNHU Arena offers services for hearing impaired individuals who may be attending an upcoming event. Should you require this service please contact the arena at info5@snhuarena.com prior to attending the event to request this service.

There are four permanent concession stands throughout the arena in addition to several portables.
