Venue Info, Features and Facilities
Bag Policy:
Patrons may only have one clear bag (no larger than 12″x12″x6″) or one small clutch purse, with or without handle or strap (no larger than 9”x 5”) for their personal items. All bags and items will be searched. To avoid additional touch points, patrons are strongly encouraged to leave unnecessary items at home
Diaper Bags may exceed this size requirement, please see Security Services desk for a visual inspection.
Parking:
More than 10,000 convenient parking spaces are available within a 10-minute walk of Rupp Arena. In addition, all surrounding parking lots and parking garages offer spaces for individuals with disabilities. A parking fee will be in effect for most all Rupp Arena events.
Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment for paid parking. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay).
Parking Information and/or Reservations
Pickup/DropOff Spot:
Rupp Arena offers a drop-off and pick-up area on the Main Street curb cut in front of Central Bank Center. Ride shares, limousines, buses and cars will be able to drop-off and pick-up in this area
Search Policy:
Rupp Arena utilizes walk through metal detectors at most events. All bags will be inspected.
Upon arrival, fans will be requested to remove items like cell phones, keys, bags/purses and large metal objects that may set off the alarm, thus requiring further inspection.
ADA Accessibility:
Accessible seating is available for purchase through the Lexington Center Ticket Office (859-233-3535). We highly recommend patrons contact the ticket office directly, as the staff is more intimately knowledgeable about our facilities and we feel they would provide the best service for our patrons with accessible seating needs.
Rupp Arena does not supply or rent wheelchairs for use while attending an event. If you or someone you are traveling with has mobility challenges, a wheelchair or a mobility aid should be acquired before arrival.
