Bag Policy:
Clear Bag Policy. Clear Bags may be no larger than 12”x6”x12”If patrons do not have a clear bag, they may bring in a gallon-sized freezer bag. Backpacks, fanny packs, printed pattern bags, reusable grocery bags, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, or large totes (larger than 12’x6’x12”) are NOT permitted.
Water Policy:
No outside food and drink.
Parking:
On-site parking is limited patrons are strongly encouraged to use ride share options.
Pickup/DropOff Spot:
Revel has partnered with Uber to offer a $10 credit when using Uber to travel to and from Revel on concert nights. To redeem credit, check venue Instagram morning of the show: @revelabq
Search Policy:
All patrons are subject to metal detectors, wanding and bag searches upon entry.
ADA Accessibility:
The venue is ADA compliant and there is an elevator to access the mezzanine. Accessible seating for people with disabilities is available. Please call to request a sign interpreter no less than 4 weeks prior to the event.

Other Venue Info:
Generally, Revel allows re-entry, but you must present your ticket again and subject to another security check. Any shows that do not permit re-entry will be clearly indicated at the door. All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted throughout the entire facility, however cash is not accepted inside the concert venue. Cash is accepted in Draft Day, Lobby Bar and Uptown Funk. There is one ATM on site which can be found in the Lobby Bar. Smoking inside is prohibited but there are designated smoking areas.
