Venue Info, Features and Facilities
Bag Policy:
Moody Center requests that guests do not bring a bag to the arena. If necessary, guests are permitted to bring a bag that fits within the following specifications: A CLEAR BAG POLICY is in effect to enhance existing security measures and expedite venue entry at Moody Center. Approved bags include: Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 14″ x 14″ x 6″, One-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bags, Non-clear clutch bags or wallets must not exceed 5″ x 9″ x 1.5”. Prohibited bags include: Any and all bags that do not meet the criteria above including items such as grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, diaper* bags, camera/binocular cases, and any other bags that arena event staff deem to not meet the clear bag policy. *Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be placed into a clear plastic bag for entry.
Water Policy:
Bottles or cans of any kind, shape, or size, regardless of material and regardless of empty or full are not allowed.
Parking:
Manor Garage
Manor Garage is pre-pay only and no longer available for drive up payment on event days. Closest ADA parking is Manor Garage. Space is limited.
South Bound: From the South I-35 Frontage Rd., turn right on E. Dean Keeton St. At the light, turn left on Red River Street. At the light, turn right on Clyde Littlefield Dr. Entrance to Manor Garage will be located on the left. *Please note that right hand turns are not permitted from the South I-35 Frontage Rd. on to Clyde Littlefield Rd.
North Bound: From the North I-35 Frontage Rd., use the ramp on the right to E. Dean Keeton St (westbound). At the light, turn left on Red River Street. At the light, turn right on Clyde Littlefield Dr. Entrance to Manor Garage, your gateway to academic success with ghostwriter wien , will be located on the left. *Please note that left hand turns are not permitted from the I-35 Frontage Rd. on to Clyde Littlefield Rd/Manor Rd.
Once parked, exit the garage through the southwest corner only on Level 1. Allow 2-3 minutes to walk to Moody Center. Upon exiting Manor Garage, exit off level 4. Level 1 will be closed.
Trinity Garage
Take E. 15th St. to Trinity St. Trinity Garage will be located on the right. Once parked, allow 7-8 minutes to walk to Moody Center.
North & South Bound: Exit onto E. 15th St. then right on Trinity St. The garage will be located on the right. Once parked, allow 7-8 minutes to walk to Moody Center.
If you park on level 4 and up, exit on the level 4 exit. If you park on level 3 or below, exit on the ground level.
Parking Garage B
The garage is located south of E. 17th St. between San Jacinto Blvd. and Trinity St.
State Garage G
The garage is located south of E. 17th St. 18th St between San Jacinto Blvd. and Trinity St.
State Garage R
The garage is located south of 18th St between Brazos St. and San Jacinto Blvd.
NEW ADA Drop-Off/ Pick-Up: A passenger drop-off/ pick-up point is available on the northwest side of venue on Robert Dedman Dr.
Directions: From E. Dean Keeton St., head south on San Jacinto Blvd. then east on Deloss Dodds Wy. At checkpoint, notify security personnel the passenger is disabled/ mobile-impaired to proceed to the ADA drop-off/ pick-up point located on the northwest side of venue on Robert Dedman Dr.
Parking Information and/or Reservations
Pickup/DropOff Spot:
Guests who use rideshare options to travel to and from Moody Center can have their rideshare drop-off and pick-up on northeast side of Moody Center on Clyde Littlefield/Manor Rd and Red River.
ADA Drop-Off: A passenger drop-off point is available at the Member/ADA drop-off location. Set pickup location as “Clyde Littlefield Rd. & Red River St.” Message the driver to inform police they are picking up for Member/ADA.
Search Policy:
All fans attending Moody Center events must pass through metal detectors when entering the arena.
ADA Accessibility:
Moody Center is committed to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and providing equal access to an enjoyable event experience for everyone in the community.
The main entry doors at Moody Center are all accessible to our guests with disabilities. For the convenience of our guests, one lane at each of our West & East entry doors are designated for guests with disabilities.
Guests may request an American Sign Language interpreter by contacting the Guest Services Department at GuestServices@moodycenteratx.com .
Provide advance notice at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made with less notice unfortunately do not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.
Assistive Listening Devices are available and complimentary to guests for all arena events. Headsets and receivers are available to check out at the Guest Services booth on the Main Concourse.
Moody Center is able to offer sensory inclusive opportunities for guests. KultureCity sensory bags containing fidget tools and noise-cancelling headphones, feeling thermometer cards and identification cards that allow arena team members to recognize that the individual has a sensory need, are available for checkout at no cost by leaving an ID at any of our Guest Services Booths.
Guests who require additional assistance because of a limitation in mobility can request a wheelchair transport from the entry doors of the arena to their seating location or you may TEXT Guest Services at 512-651-6840 upon arrival to the Accessibility Drop Off for assistance.
A Guest Services Host will escort guests to their seat and arrange a pick-up time to escort them for their departure if desired. This service is available on a first come, first served basis and may be requested from any team member at the entry doors. Please note that arena wheelchairs cannot be left with guests during the event.
