Venue Info, Features and Facilities
Bag Policy:
No backpacks, bags or big purses of any kind. Small purses and fanny packs are allowed.
Parking:
Parking is at the risk of the patron. There are many District Detroit paid lots and garages near our venue that most guests choose to utilize. If you choose to park at metered street parking, please be aware venue does not allow for re-entry once your ticket has been scanned. You will be unable to deposit additional funds into a meter after you’ve entered the venue. Staff is also unable to make change for any patron.
From the venue: “We do not recommend that patrons arrive more than one hour in advance of the entry time for any show, as we do not allow access to the facility before the posted door time for any reason, including use of our restrooms.
If you choose to line up well before that, you will be outdoors on a public sidewalk, and exposed to the elements, so please plan accordingly. The City of Detroit has the final word on use of the sidewalk, so please note that the police department may ask you to move or disperse at any time.”
Search Policy:
All guests entering the venue are subject to a security screening.
