Bag Policy:
Large Bags and Purses, larger than 12″x12″x6″ is not allowed.
Water Policy:
Outside Food, Beverage, Bottled Water is not allowed.
Parking:
There is ample on-street and off-street parking within a block radius of the theater. Behind city hall at 7th & Madison is a 400 car parking garage, just south of the theater off of East 8th Street is a large city owned surface parking lot.
Search Policy:
All guests entering the Madison Theater are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by security personnel.
ADA Accessibility:
The main floor entry, the seating area between the bars and restrooms are handicapped accessible. There are steps to the other seating areas and dance floor. Please contact the office at (859) 491-2444 for advance seating assistance or information.
Other Venue Info:
All events have a “no re-entry” policy, which means once you enter the building you may not leave & come back for any reason. You may not smoke or vape inside the facility. You are welcome to smoke/vape on the rooftop patio. The theater has flexible seating arrangements for concerts: Club set-up – Standing only on the main floor; Cabaret set-up – Some tables and chairs on the main floor with a dance floor; Theater set-up – Rows of chairs set up on the main floor; The balcony, when open, has seating regardless of the main floor set-up.
