Bag Policy:
Only personal clutches, including clear bags, no larger than 4” x 6” x 1.5” will be permitted in the arena. Exceptions may be made for medical and childcare needs up to 14” x 14” x 5”, but these bags must be screened by an onsite X-Ray machine.
Water Policy:
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Empty sustainable water bottles smaller than a quart are allowed and can be used at the many bottle refill stations inside.
Parking:
Parking garages will open approximately four hours before showtime. Parking fees may vary based on each event. To be guaranteed access to garages, it is recommend purchasing a parking pass prior to the event.

Public Transit:
Micro Transit Shuttle is a free service provided by Intuit Dome in order to offer more sustainable transportation methods for fans to and from their event. Servicing a 6 mile radius, reserve your pick up & drop off location in advance.
Regional Park & Ride is a free service provided by Intuit Dome from 5 designated locations in order to offer more sustainable transportation methods for fans to and from their event.
Fans are encouraged to reserve their seat in advance.

All fans entering the arena are subject to security screening conducted by Intuit Dome Security Team Members.
ADA Accessibility:
Commitment to Accessibility: Intuit Dome prioritizes accommodating all guests, with trained staff to assist those with special needs, aiming for a safe and comfortable experience.
Accessible Parking and Seating: Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair-accessible entrances and restrooms are present, with disabled seating options across all ticket categories and companion seating available.
Assisted Listening Devices: Complimentary devices can be borrowed during events from the Answers Portal, requiring valid ID for security.
Audio Description and ASL Services: Audio descriptors and American Sign Language interpreters can be scheduled upon request, with a recommendation for at least ten business days’ notice prior to events.
Wheelchair Assistance: Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to assist guests to their seats; requests can be made to arena hosts or at the Answers Portal.
Sensory-Friendly Options: A Sensory Wellness Room and Sensory Bags, containing noise-canceling headphones and fidget toys, are available to enhance the experience for guests who may need them, requiring ID for checkout.

Intuit Dome is a smoke-free environment. All forms of smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, are prohibited inside the arena and anywhere on property. Smoking inside Intuit Dome will result in ejection. Intuit Dome is a cashless arena.
