Bag Policy:
Personal Bag: They allow clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc bags (maximum size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) OR small clutch bags that don’t need to be clear (maximum size 6″ x 9″). All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Water Policy:
Water/Water Bottles: Up to 1 gallon in a factory-sealed or empty bottle. Unopened water bottles and empty water containers (plastic, nalgene) are allowed. Metal containers (Yetis, Stanleys, etc. are not.) They we have refill water stations on-site for you to stay hydrated all night.
Parking:
Fans will have access to several secure, staffed and lighted parking options as well as a dedicated rideshare location. Fans can also hop on the brand-new shuttle service that connects Uptown Entertainment District to the Amphitheater. Pre-paid parking options are now available for a smooth arrival!

Once you have purchased your parking pass on the LAZ website, your pass will be emailed to you. Please ensure that you save that email for easy access on show day. See link above to pre-purchase parking.

Public Transit:
The Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority (BJCTA) operates MAX Transit buses, which stop near the Uptown District. Popular routes include #1 (5 Points South) and #45 (Bessemer).

If you are coming to the amphitheater via rideshare, the rideshare drop off and pick up loop will be located on the corner of 14th Avenue North and 25th Street

Arrival & Accessible Entrances:
The main entrance at Coca-Cola Amphitheater is accessible. If you hold a VIP ticket, the VIP entrance is on the Western side of the venue. There are ramps available at either entrance. If you require special assistance, please use the main, North East Corner entrance (closest to accessible parking) and a member of the Security or Guest Ambassador can assist you.
Restrooms:
All of the restrooms are accessible. There are two restroom buildings in the Main Plaza. All accessible restroom buildings are single user and first come, first served.
Ticketing:
Accessible tickets can be purchased online via coca-colaamphitheater.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets.
