Venue Info, Features and Facilities
Bag Policy:
Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. NO BACKPACKS ALLOWED.
Water Policy:
No outside food or drinks.
Parking:
Adjacent parking garage is at 4th Ave and Adams (Adams Street Garage). The garage opens at 6pm Monday through Friday. Garage opens earlier on weekends. Spaces are available to purchase in advance online here or through the box office, or at the garage entrance on show days.

Search Policy:
Be prepared for inspection as you enter the facility. This inspection will include physical pat down and/or the use of metal detectors. Should you bring a bag, it will be searched.
ADA Accessibility:
All entrances to Arizona Financial Theatre are accessible. The men’s and women’s restrooms on all levels of Arizona Financial Theatre are accessible. Parking is available in the garage at 4th Avenue and Adams Street (Adams Street Garage). There are accessible parking spaces on every level of the garage, as well as elevator access. Arizona Financial Theatre offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least one week before the event date.

Interpreter/ASL services available upon request. All ASL interpreter requests need to be submitted no less than 7 days prior to event date in order to give sufficient time frame to procure services. Please email arizonafinancialtheatre@livenation.com for information and instructions.
Other Venue Info:
All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Cash to card conversion is available at the upgrade podium. Designated smoking areas outside building are available, depending on event.
